Team management in the structure of training pedagogical and management staff

The training of pedagogical and managerial personnel in the higher education system involves the formation of the necessary competencies that ensure effective interaction with different groups of participants in educational relationships. The importance of mastering team building technologies (team building) increases in the context of the transition to project management in the field of education. Studying the basics of team management is also important for improving the competencies of organizational and managerial activities of teachers.
