The aim of the investigation is to improve surgical treatment results of simple injuries of thoracal and lumbar parts of spine. To perform the operations of the front spondylosyndesis on the thoracal and lumbar parts of spine porous cylindrical implant made of nickelide titanium was used. A large-twisted cylindrical spring 2.5 mm in diameter made of cast nickelide titanium is placed on full length of this implant. On the ends of this springs there were loops to lead the ends of the spring to adjacent vertebras. During the work we had two groups: the main group included 65 patients who underwent the front spondylosyndesis using the combined construction from porous nickelide titanium; the control group included 62 patients who underwent the front spondylosyndesis using the porous nickelide titanium. During the early and the remote postoperative period the diminution of postoperative correction was not found in the main group. All results are considered as satisfactory (23%) and good ones (77%). Thus the use of the additional fixative construction allows to avoid the loss of stable fixation of the injured segment, the so-called migration of construction, and to conserve the correction of deformation achieved during the operation
