Comfortable environment as a factor for environmental and economic security

The article considers environmental and economic security as the basic basis in the formation of a comfortable human environment. The legal aspects of environmental relations regulation discussed in the article lead to the consideration of constitutional bases for the formation of comfortable conditions for living in the population, problems are identified in the Perm Territory. Legislative acts enshrining the need to ensure the preservation of the environment, implement the norms of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, guaranteeing the right to a decent life, to protect human health and a favorable environment. The norms and positions of the Environmental and Economic Security Strategies of the Russian Federation are the guarantors of the stable development of society and comfortable living conditions of the population.
