There is discussed the process of the formation of the personnel competence in creating the comfortable space. The essence of the concept "comfortable space" is defined more exactly. Done by the author the theory model of formation the personnel competence in creating the comfortable space is presented. The process' peculiarities and dynamics are revealed.
