The article provides comments on chapters 6 and 8 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Privatization of State Property" dated 03/09/2023 No. ZRU-821 regarding the requirement and ensuring openness in the field of privatization of state property. These comments are based on the norms and rules set out in the current regulatory legal acts adopted both in the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad.
