Commercial bribery: factors contributing to the commission of a crime

This article examines the factors that contribute to the commission of such a crime as commercial bribery and highlights the key conditions that create a favorable environment for corruption in the commercial sphere. The circumstances that contribute to the emergence of the causes of commercial smoking and facilitate their implementation are objective in nature and are associated with a wider range of factors of a socio-economic, political, organizational, managerial, and legal nature. Additional factors stimulating corruption in the commercial sphere are given. Current directions of anti-corruption policy in the commercial sphere are proposed.
