The article deals with the analysis of communicative activity of stadium attendants in their providing safety for mass sport events. The results of the empirical research of psychological peculiarities of maintaining safety at the stadium are given. The author dwells on the styles of interaction with stadium spectators and attendants’ communicative aptitudes: empathy, tolerance, non-conflict interaction skills.
