Comparative study of paradigm and principles in the training programs of the Mongolian National University of Education and the Pedagogical University of Inner Mongolia

To date, there are no documents prepared according to the plan “Program Paradigm”, which would be developed to comply with the new approach to generally accepted concepts and the implementation of the traditional program. Previous plans were developed by decision of the relevant state and public administrations and higher authorities. In recent years, the concept of curriculum development has been specifically designed and used as a paradigm. For example, the concept of the program of the Mongolian National University of Education was developed in 2015 and updated. In 2007, the Pedagogical University of Inner Mongolia made new developments and measures for the implementation of the program. It is believed that comparable curriculum comparisons cannot be made without examining the programs that should be designed to improve achievements, and program re-forms, as well as the principle of program concepts and actions as the basis for implementing the concepts. In the article, we conduct a comparative study of the graphic design program at the above universities and state the features and various aspects of their principles, the similarity of their lines in concepts.
