Comparative analysis of methodological evaluation of effectiveness in the implementation of regional socio-economic policy

A necessary condition for forming and realization socio-economic policy of region is to evaluate the effectiveness of its implementation, based on monitoring data of territorial development. To perform this assessment uses a variety of techniques which comparative analysis carried out in the work. On its basis it is revealed that the effectiveness of socio-economic policy of the region is estimated indicators of socio-economic development and the methods differ only by the range and grouping of relevant indicators and not allow considering the transformative and provides the functions of the factors of its implementation. In connection with this, the author developed a method for integral evaluation of the efficiency of socio-economic policy of the region, which, unlike existing includes tiered hierarchical system of indicators characterizing the transformational and transactional factors of its implementation.
