In article the attention to need of introduction of multimedia means, in particular Internet technologies, in a technique of training and education in system of professional development of heads of musical collectives, and also directly in their professional activity is focused. The main competences of area of possession of modern multimedia means are called, the attitude of musicians and heads of musical collectives to the lifted subject is shown.
