Computer graphics as a means of training teachers fine arts and drawing

The article deals with the issues of improving arts education by means of computer systems and software, we propose a method of computer training in the art education, with the help of computer graphics. Computer Graphics reveals the great opportunities of creative expression to create an animated graphic works and to prepare sketches for the further implementation of the classical techniques of fine and decorative arts.
