In the modern socio-educational situation, the project approach to solving the problems of vocational training of students acts as one of the leading ways of organizing all types of activities of students in a professional educational organization. At the same time, the task of ensuring compliance of the applied educational technologies with the provisions and requirements of this approach is solved. These technologies have an innovative character and are used to achieve the goals of improving the quality of professional training - the formation and development of general and professional competencies of students. The article presents a set of necessary and sufficient organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effectiveness of project approach technologies. A distinctive feature, the novelty of the author’s variant of conditions is that each condition is allocated and implemented within the framework of a certain direction of the project campaign to vocational training of students - ensuring compliance of professional training with the generalized logical construct of the discipline; compliance with the requirements of the educational standard; orientation of education to modern production technologies. The allocation, development and implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions is considered as a universal mandatory procedure for ensuring the effectiveness of project approach technologies on the basis of any professional educational organization.
