The article presents one of the variants of the algorithm for determining the conditions for the effectiveness of the process of professional training of university students. Taking into account the signs of the concept of “pedagogical conditions“ and the structural features of the process of professional training of students, a complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of its three main backbone components is proposed: distance learning; professional education; project technologies for training and education. Then identifying organizational and pedagogical conditions, the authors took into account the totality of circumstances affecting the effectiveness of each component, the possibilities of content, forms, methods and educational environment aimed at organizing and solving the problems of vocational training. It is argued that the conditions for the implementation of each component of professional training make it possible to determine a set of conditions for the implementation of this process as a whole. The productivity of this approach to determining the conditions is confirmed by the results of experimental activities in the educational activities of an educational organization.
