Aims: To study data of complex ultrasonic diagnosis of early recurrent cancer based on two options: with ascites and without ascites. Materials and Methods: we examined 88 patients with recurrent ovarian cancer who underwent sonographic examinations. Results: Any changes in the structure of pelvic tissiues (thickening of the pelvic peritoneum, the appearance of the liquid, the appearance of cystic or solid particles) determined by sonography, should be considered as a recurrence of the disease.
