Integrated technology for recycling of pig-breeding waste for the production of biogas and organic fertilizers for climatic conditions of agrarian and industrial complex of Siberia

The analysis of carried out theoretical and prac-tical data of work of biogas installation of the JSC “Slavino” enterprise located in Kemerovo Region for utilization of pig manure (pig factory farm on 32 000 heads) as the most successful in this segment of processing of waste of pig-breeding both in Sibe-ria, and in Russia in general, showed that technol-ogy is complex, i.e. it is necessary to develop and make trial installation on receiving biogas and or-ganic fertilizers in one of available in Krasnoyarsk Region pig-breeding complex and soon to begin it operation in local climatic conditions for successful introduction of the best practices in Krasnoyarsk Region. The received gas is used for receiving thermal and the electric power. On development of 1 kW of the electric power 0.4-0.5 m3 of biogas are necessary. The analysis of a firm phase of the pig manure recycled in biogas installation testifies to high security with its organic substance, ammonium nitrogen, average security with mobile phosphorus and high exchange potassium. Fertilizer is envi-ronmentally friendly, by the ready to application concentrated product and can be used under any cultures and on any soils. Its advantages and fea-tures are connected with the way of production. Methane fermentation allows preserving all of the nitrogen in ammonium or organic forms Phospho-rus in fertilizer is generally in the form of phospha-tides and nucleoproteins, potassium is in the form of soluble salts, providing good absorption by plants.
