Complex analysis of milk materials use at dairy products industry of Omsk region

On basis ofcomplex analysis of milk materialsfor dairy production we specified current standards and developed new standards ofraw materials consumptionwith account foradaptation of state-of-the-art technology at operating enterprise of Omsk region. The results of research work are used for factordefinition of milk products conversion into unpasteurized milk.
