Бесплатный доступ

The article presents a comprehensive approach to analyzing and improving the skills of maintaining dynamic balance in sledge hockey athletes. The emphasis is on the biomechanical features of the center of mass position when performing technical and tactical actions. The study is based on an interdisciplinary analysis that combines the principles of sports biomechanics, the theory of adaptive physical education and modern methods of sports training. The main attention is paid to the key factors influencing the stability of players in conditions of a limited support surface and specific distribution of body weight. The work examines in detail: biomechanical parameters of dynamic balance in sledge hockey; methods for assessing the current level of statokinetic stability; a system of specialized exercises to optimize control of the center of mass. The practical significance of the work is determined by the creation of an algorithm for the step-by-step formation of skills of maintaining dynamic balance, including: a set of diagnostic procedures using biomechanical analysis methods, a program of corrective effects taking into account the individual anthropometric characteristics of athletes, criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the training process.
