In the context of digitalization of higher education, the need to integrate all components of the educational environment into a single system is increasing. The article formulates the concept of a digital twin of a student based on the existing personal account of Dubna State University. A detailed analysis of the digital infrastructure of the university was performed, key problems of the current implementation of the personal account were identified, automated functional testing of the personal account was carried out using Selenium and Python. The concept of a digital twin is proposed, in which the personal account acts as the core of the system, uniting disparate digital services. Proposals for the reengineering of all the main sections of the personal account are formed. The main attention is paid to the complexity, dynamism, security and scalability of the digital model. The results obtained demonstrate that the transition to a digital twin of a student will significantly increase the transparency, personalization and efficiency of the educational process.
