The concept of philosophy in American law

The article deals with the basic concepts of philosophy in American law based on the analysis of individual concepts of different authors and theories of philosophy in American law, also examines research methodology, analyzes scientific literature on a given topic based on practical foreign experience. The results of the analysis performed are summarized, namely: the advantages of a philosophical point of view in legal issues, and options for application are considered as clarifications for judges that are related to unregulated law.
