The article considers the concept of gamification, a relatively new management practice in the modern economy. The directions of using the concept of gamification in various spheres are determined. Particular attention is paid to the application of the concept of gamification in corporate supply chains, where it is proposed to allocate internal and external gamification. The main elements of the concept of gamification in corporate supply chains are characterized. It is also proposed to take into account possible negative consequences when implementing this concept.
