The concept of ecologically safe operation of water systems

Water resources are the making element of the natural capital, quantity, quality and which economic value in many respects defines operating conditions of national economy ’s branches, an existence basis of the real and future generations. The growth of anthropogenous load on agro ecosystems and the deterioration of water connected with it and condition of water objects have essential impact on productivity of functioning of a diversified water management complex. It considerably limits scales of development of water capacious branches of economy, worsens conditions of the population’s activity and health. Moreover, the extending scales of irrational water use taking into account modern and perspective development against limitation of water resources generate a number of environmental problems. As the concepts of water use at various stages of society development were accepted such concepts as fail-safety of constructions, fail-safety of water objects, maximum satisfaction of requirements of water consumers. In the article the analysis of water resources’ exhaustion is carried out, and also classification of impurity in sewage is presented; ways and means of their extraction.
