The article studies the concept of culture in the philosophical teachings of famous Russian cosmists: A.K. Gorsky, N.A. Setnitsky, V.N. Muravyov. The author shows the relationship of their views with the theses of "the philosophy of the common task" developed by N.F. Fedorov, proves anthropological conditioning of the philosophical and cultural constructs, and analyses the cultural ideal of the future society.
