A concept of modernization of engineering education on the basis of informational theory of emotions

As a source of theoretical base of the modern engineering education modernization in Russia information theory of emotions is offered. Under its integrating role concepts of the engineering education modernization have been elaborated. The concepts integrate natural sciences and humanistic educational paradigms.
