The logic analysis of the educational reform conducted in the contemporary Russia is carried out on the basis of the civilizational approach. The authors show the necessity of compliance of the secondary school and the higher educational institution types with historically formed sociality type, concludes that the activities of domestic reformers of education is aimed at dismantlement of the social relation complex that is vitally necessary for the reproduction of the Russian society.
