Concept of teaching a foreign language in junior classes

The article is devoted to the concept of teaching a foreign language in elementary grades. Language has always been the most important means of communication, without which it is impossible to imagine the existence and development of human society. The changes taking place today in public relations and means of communication (the use of new information technologies) require increasing the communicative competence of schoolchildren and improving their philological training. All this raises the status of the subject “foreign language” as a general educational discipline.
