Concept "HUMAN RIGHTS" and its verbalisation in British legal discourse (on legal newspaper articles)

The article focuses on the analysis of the HUMAN RIGHTS concept and the way it is revealed in British legal discourse. The paper identifies the definitions of the concept name presented in the British English dictionaries and their synonymic rows. The diagram of the concept HUMAN RIGHTS leaning on lexicographical literature and the scheme presenting the sphere of concepts HUMAN RIGHTS are introduced. The analysis of the legal newspaper articles made it possible to append a notional constituent of the concept with a wide range of lexical units.
