The conceptual basis of natural cybernetics is an interdisciplinary approach that helps to identify self-organizing systems observed in nature. The work covers various theories from physics, quantum gravity, chaos theory, biology, evolutionism and sociology in order to identify general principles of managing natural cybernetics. These theories are specifically selected to show the features of the laws of the Universe, the essence of natural cybernetics and the phenomenon of the human factor within the framework of one science. The main task is not to establish the accuracy of the laws of the Universe, but to emphasize the absence in all existing theories of models of natural cybernetics that determine the primacy of the human factor in the socio-cultural space. The need to create a new concept on an interdisciplinary basis is explained by the fact that the modernization processes of our time are mainly associated with artificial cybernetics, which supports the competitiveness of the world economic system. The experiments conducted, polluting the environment, contradict the laws of nature. Preservation of the non-renewable vital energy of planet Earth and the safety of life in the modern world require a special approach to natural cybernetics from the standpoint of the primacy of the human factor in the socio-cultural space.
