The definition of concept is given with the explanation of lingvo-cognitive and lingvo-cultural concept difference. The problems of terminology translatiion are explored through the prizm of lingvo-cognitive concept analysis. The applicability of lingvo-cognitive analysis to scientific texts translation is discussed.
