Conceptual vision of objectives, principles and methods in the teacher activities on primary education

Modern conditions determine the relevance of the problem of educating the younger generation. Amendments to the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation", emphasizing the importance of the upbringing process, adopted at the federal level, the Model upbringing program emphasize the social significance of the problem of upbringing the younger generation. Younger school age is one of the most important stages in this process, the period of assimilation of the norms and values of society, the formation of moral convictions. Educational activity is one of the labor functions of a teacher, which includes an understanding of goals, an awareness of the principles that regulate the process of education and the choice of educational methods, depending on the goal and the corresponding principles. The authors of the article correlate the goals of upbringing, which are determined by the current federal regulatory documents and correlate with the structure of value orientations. The goal of upbringing is viewed as a planned result. The article reveals the idea of the connection between the methods of education and the results of education. The methods of persuasion correspond to the cognitive component of the result and are aimed at the sphere of moral consciousness. The methods of the exercise correspond to the behavioral component of the result, aimed at the sphere of moral behavior. The use of methods of persuasion and methods of exercise in interconnection corresponds to the emotive component of the result of education - it creates conditions for the formation of assessment and attitude. The methods of education are correlated with the principles of education. The possibilities of using the principles of upbringing that guide the logic of the teacher's actions are revealed: the principle of socialization is aimed at the student's assimilation of the norms and requirements of society, the principle of individualization is aimed at promoting the formation of an autonomous subject of consciousness and activity, capable of self-determination, self-regulation. The stated conceptual vision determines the basis for the preparation of primary school teachers for the upbringing of primary school students.
