Conceptual basis of an innovation project on the problem of personalized educational system in educational activities

An integral part of the educational process in a professional educational organization is the educational component. An analysis of the study of the real and potential possibilities of the educational environment at the Trinity Technological College convinced us of the need to create a model of a personalized educational system. The article discusses the formation and development of a personalized education system in a professional educational organization built on the basis of a project approach. Within the framework of various scientific directions, the main characteristics of personalization are highlighted. The key concepts are clarified - “personalized education system”, “individual educational route”, “individual educational route”. The methodological foundations of the problem of a personalized education system are revealed by presenting the position of famous scientists on this issue. According to the methodological foundations of the problem of a personalized education system, the following methodological approaches were used in the article: system-synergetic, activity-based, axiological, project-based. The principles of the innovative project are defined. The stages of implementation of an innovative project built on the basis of a project approach are shown. Emphasis is placed on the work of a personalized education system. The mandatory conditions for the functioning of the personalized education system in the technical school are noted, namely the implementation of the projects “I am a professional”, “I am a patriot”, “Green Patrol”, “Creative Starfall”, “I am an athlete”, “I am a businessman”, “I am a leader”. The most effective ways to manage and coordinate an innovative project are outlined. The roles of participants in the innovative project “Creating conditions for personalized educational work in a professional educational organization” are described. The article highlights the position of the student as a subject of the educational process, emphasizes the possibility of choice taking into account the interests and abilities of students, and outlines the mechanisms for assessing the personal qualities of students. Positive results of the implementation of a personalized education system in an educational organization are noted.
