Conceptual foundations of the development strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan: in the context of the education of employees of national internal affairs bodies

The article is devoted to the analysis of certain areas of strategic development of the Republic of Tajikistan and the role of national internal affairs bodies in solving a set of tasks for the period up to 2043. Revealing the existence of a direct link between the strategy of promoting the Tajik state towards strengthening national sovereignty and improving the standard of living of the country's population, the author focuses on the relevance of strengthening educational work with each employee of the noted law enforcement agency, in order to improve the quality of his mission as a civil servant.
