The development of market relations in the economy predetermines an important role of the service operations in all production stages, such as distribution and consumption of material and non-material values. While in functioning, the enterprises of all economic fields have a deal with issues of production and sales of the competitive production, which satisfies the buyers’ needs. Trading service is provided for solving of many issues related to the development of goodsmoney relations. The article formulates the author’s approach to the trade service as a definition of the economy, as the action system in trade business and as a process targeted to measuring of customer’s and partner’s loyalty. The purpose of study is conceptual approaches to trade service study targeted to further development of the methodological and practical aspects of its assessment. During this work, package of theoretical research methods has been used (analysis and synthesis of information, comparison and interpretation of the observation results, drawing the conclusions and hypotheses by means of formalization etc.). The formed conceptual framework of trade service let to determine the instructive boundaries, parameters of incoming and outgoing information, the direction of development and composition of empirical basis for trade business research. The presented clarifications of understanding and details of the trade service let to form a whole imagine of the research object and ensure the productivity of the development of theoretical and methodological approaches to its study and the reliability of the assessment indicator framework.
