Conceptual statements of development of technology of personal self-actualisation in the process of professional training of a prospective teacher (in regard to pedagogical college)

Tendencies of development in state-of-the art educational technologies are directly connected to humanisation of education facilitating self-actualisation and self-realisation of a person. Pedagogical technology of self-actualisation, developed by the author for a prospective teacher in a beginners class in the process of professional training in pedagogical college gives a student an opportunity to leave the boundaries of the standard set of knowledge, skills and abilities and to make an individual choice or an individual decision.
