Concert activities as one of the forms of career guidance work for students of the university of culture and arts

The article is based on the research and generalization of the results of concert practice of teachers and students of MGIK, as well as personal experience of practical implementation of special creative projects aimed at attracting young people to the profession of choreographer. Concert practice of MGIK students is considered an integral part of the educational process. This practice is recognized as one of the effective methods of professional orientation of future specialists in the eld of creative professions. The article presents and analyzes the results of the implementation of creative projects carried out at the choreography department of MGIK. It is con rmed that the use of concert activities as one of the methods of career guidance is e ective in the eld of choreographic education and art. Also, the experience of organizing and implementing complex creative events at a university with a choreographic pro le can be e ectively adapted and used in conducting career guidance work not only in the eld of higher education, but also in secondary specialized and primary education.
