Conflict of interests in the internal affairs bodies: features of prevention and settlement

The analysis of the legal and organizational foundations for the prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest in the internal affairs bodies is one of the necessary conditions for improving the administrative and legal mechanism for combating corruption in the public service system of the Russian Federation. In the article, the authors, considering the regulatory legal framework in the field of prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest in the civil service in the internal affairs bodies, formulate and justify specific proposals to improve the efficiency of the commissions on compliance with the requirements for the official conduct of federal civil servants and the settlement of conflicts of interest in the internal affairs bodies.
