Conflict areas in society at risk: integration of local and global aspects

The article describes the specifics of a communicational conflict in terms of the modern global world. Two scenarios of the communication act depending on relations between an addressant of information and an addressee, i. e. communication as a challenge and communication as an enquiry are examined.
