Conflicts of legal positions of the participants of criminal legal proceedings in interpreting and application of Art. 5 of the Criminal Procedural Code of the RF

Deficiencies of the terminology techniques in interpreting the Civil Procedural Code of the RF result in ambiguous interpretation of the concepts of Art. 5 of the Code, which entails a collision of the legal positions of prosecution and defense and generates different judicial legal positions. Such legal conflicts may be resolved by improving the provisions of law.
