Water touring competitive advantage: an overseas perspective

Natural tourist resources have long been a top priority with potential tourists. A vast majority of leisure- and recreation-oriented tours presuppose a usage of water tourist resources: beach activities, active water touring, fishing, etc. A number of RF regions are rich in tourist water resources, however, water touring, including cruising, remains one of the least developed sectors of the tourist industry, which is largely accounted for by the attraction infrastructure shortage. The article considers the peculiarities of the water touring clusters' service space formation.
