Enhancing of university students employability: how to manage the process

Graduate students employability is considered to be a serious problem in many countries, especially in modern Russian society. One reason why this occurs is that students are characterized by low competitiveness on the labor market and dont identify the importance of the enhancement of their employability. Particular mechanisms for managing the system of enhancing university students employability and competitiveness are presented in the article.
