The model of the successful organization based on the principle «Development of capabilities for business improvement» is provided in this article. The base of the offered model is constituted by an external business environment, a product line, a corporate culture. The important party are internal relations in the company: responsibility, powers, interactions. The main thing - to provide transparency of course of all processes, to create business functioning measures and indicators. Consumer focus of the top management in case of the choice of a strategic direction of organization activity is significant. The satisfaction of the consumer is fixed in policy and the purposes of the organization in the field of quality. Demand to create business functioning measures and indicators which must be clear and transparent, available to monitoring, measurement and the subsequent analysis is proved. It is proved that fixed improvement - a base of competitiveness and this improvement is aimed at a person as a source of values, who support the innovation strategy.
