Competitions of professional skills as a form of project activity

The competitions of professional skills (“Professionals” and “Abilimpics”) are considered as a form of project activity and their role in the formation of the professional competencies of the contestants is analyzed. The article points out that professional skills competitions allow you to gain practical experience in working on projects in conditions of limited resources and time. The conducted analysis of the scientific literature testifies to the positive impact of project activities and professional skill competitions on the training of future specialists. In conclusion, it is noted that participation in professional skills competitions can become an important factor in employment and distinguish contestants from other job seekers.
