Consulting as a form of continuing professional training of teachers

Professional training of teachers is viewed as a component of their continuing cultural and professional training. Consulting as a process of higher school consulting function realization, is proposed as a form of implementing this kind of education directly at the teacher’s work place. Characteristics of the used consulting procedures and advice techniques such as tutorship, supervision, moderation and coaching are shown. Consulting content is revealed via its main realization tool - playing technique modeling. The focus is on self development and self organization into a team of fellow thinkers.
