Constitutionalism as an integral part of the rule of law principle

The article examines constitutionalism and its connection with the rule of law. The study of constitutionalism in modern science is given very little attention. The analysis has shown that public relations between a citizen and the state are relevant for modern realities. The theoretical and legal aspects of the emergence and formation of Russian constitutionalism were also considered, the question of constitutionalism as an integral part of the rule of law principle was studied.
