Бесплатный доступ

The article examines the problems of implementing the constitutional norm on the responsible treatment of animals using the example of a comparison of the legal regulation of the rehabilitation and life-long keeping of the animal world objects in the Russian Federation and the United Republic of Tanzania. The gaps are identified in the current Russian legislation in the field of regulation of rehabilitation centers and centers for the life-long keeping of the animal world objects. An assessment is made of the possibility of applying the Tanzanian model of legal regulation in this area in order to eliminate the identified gaps in the Russian law. Recommendations are offered for improving the Russian faunal law.
