Constitutional identity in the post-non-classical paradigm of scientific cognition

This article examines constitutional identity as a concept of the post-non-classical paradigm of scientific knowledge. The influence of the value component on this concept and its evolutionary properties. The central thesis of the article is the dialectical connection of the post-non-classical paradigm of scientific knowledge and constitutional identity. The interpretation of certain provisions of the constitution and mechanisms for protecting national legal systems from possible intrusion into the jurisdiction of the constitutions of individual states is carried out taking into account the peculiarities of the legal consciousness of the subjects of constitutional legal relations and a system of constitutional values. The expressive nature of constitutional identity, among other things, confirms the high importance of sociocultural actors.
