The constitutional economy and constitutional bases of a public choice in production and distribution of the public benefits

Criteria to which there has to correspond the voting procedure at the solution of questions of a public choice are considered. As the basic principles it is offered to use all-legal statuses of equality, justice and freedom. It is offered to proclaim the constitutional principle of social justice as a necessary element of the social state. The conclusion about indissoluble communication of the political and economic relations in society, including the constitutional economy and an electoral system of the country is drawn.
