Constitutional responsibility and the constitutional-legal sanctions in the electoral process in the Russian Federation regions

The article deals with the development of constitutional responsibility and the constitutional-legal sanctions in modern Russia in the context of the electoral law reform. Also, the author considers problems, status and trends of the legal regulation of the constitutional responsibility in the electoral system in Russian regions and the prospects of constitutional responsibility evolution in the electoral system of Russia.
