Constitutional and legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons

The article examines the constitutional and legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons. A great place in the work is occupied by the consideration of the constitutional foundations, the rights and freedoms of such persons, as well as the problems associated with restrictions on the use of these foundations. The article describes the persons who are citizens. Based on this, similar features of the legal situation are highlighted. The main attention is drawn to the special national regime with certain exceptions that relate to the conditions of residence on the territory of the Russian Federation and the exercise of their political and social rights.
