Constitutional and legal status of the prosecutor’s office of the Kyrgyz Republic

In the article, the authors analyzed the current problems of determining the constitutional and legal status of the prosecutor's office of the Kyrgyz Republic, conducted a detailed study of the norms of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and the relevant laws regulating the work of the prosecutor's office. In the article, the author notes that the established legal status of the prosecutor's office of the Kyrgyz Republic obliges it to oversee the accurate and uniform implementation of laws.
