Constitutional, legal and ethical foundations of the national police of the Democratic Republic of the Congo

The article presents an analysis of constitutional provisions regarding the regulation of the purpose of the National Police of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the ethical foundations of its activities. Identifying the legislative basis of these aspects, the author states the importance of a conscious attitude of each employee of the specified law enforcement agency to comply with the principles of conduct of Congolese police officers, consistent with the universal principles of police conduct in most foreign countries.
